HUMAN REBOOT
The 90-day foundation for everything you want to change next.
10 minutes a day, plus about an hour a week.
Concerned about your brain overheating? Understandable. Here is why.
In 2008, researchers at UC San Diego measured how much information reached the average American in a day. The answer was 34 gigabytes and roughly 100,500 words.
That was before the smartphone era properly began.

You are not less capable than you were five years ago. You are running the same hardware you always did, except now it has been processing a decade of notifications, dashboards, group chats and half-finished thoughts without ever being switched off.
The symptoms are familiar enough that most leaders have stopped noticing them. Decisions take longer than they used to. You read the same paragraph three times. You are reactive in meetings where you used to be curious. You are tired in a way that sleep does not fix.
This is not a character problem or a motivation problem. It is a hardware problem, and it has a physical solution.
And there is a second reason to fix it, which matters more than the first.
Neuroplasticity: the most important asset of the 21st century
What is under the waterline is running your life?
Then there is the part you cannot think your way out of.
Most of what drives behaviour sits below conscious awareness. The reaction that arrives before you have decided to have it. The pattern you can describe perfectly and still repeat. The conversation you have avoided for the fourth year running.
Insight does not clear these. Every leader who has read the books and still loops already knows this. Understanding a pattern and being free of it are different events, and only one of them can be reached by reading.
Which leaves two directions.
You run tomorrow on yesterday's settings and get a version of what you already had.
or
You clear the loop, rebuild the capacity, and become able to shape what comes next rather than react to it.
Human Reboot is the second option, and it takes 90 days.
What you get
Brain training alone builds capacity you keep spending on old patterns. Clearing alone leaves you freer but with nothing new to run. Understanding alone changes nothing, you already understand. Together, in this order, they work.
The S-EMDR session is placed a few weeks in, not at the start. Clearing works better on a brain that has already been training. The sequence is the design.
Most leadership development asks you to take its word for it.
This is the part most programmes leave out, for reasons that become obvious once you ask for the data.
It is not a treatment for a psychiatric diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for clinical care. If you are currently in acute crisis, this is not the right starting point, and I would rather tell you that now.
What participants say about Kirsten's leadership work
“I have significantly strengthened my self-worth and my direction, and my creativity and productivity have increased while my stress has decreased. I have new good work habits, a great network, and now even impossible dreams seem realistic."
Tine Pia Jensen, CEO, Lumuma Production & brand agency
“The most transformative training I have ever experienced. I have gained more physical strength, inner peace, and more joy in life in general. I have just been told that I am nominated for both Colleague of the Year and Leader of the Year, it would not have happened without this training.”
Laila Kofoed, Head of IT, Gjensidige Insurance
“Before the training I was mostly in my masculine gear and working hard. Afterwards I was able to walk on two legs, better performance, better reviews from my boss and my team, and much better work-life balance.”
Anja Westy-Larsen, formerly HR leader at Copenhagen Airport, now owner of Kaiba
