Who will lead your Leadership Community?
Undersigned Kirsten Stendevad will be the main Host, Curator, Visioncarrier (including for your visions) and Connector, making sure the people who could benefit from knowing each other will meet.
To make sure everyone is taken care of and no needs go unnoticed, we will also enjoy the help of a dedicated Community Manager.
Finally we will also be enriched by relevant guest teachers, who can help optimize your energy, power and skills in the areas that are relevant to 21st Century leadership.
Even though you have gone through the Future Leadership Journey once and have trained the 7 facets of 21st Century Leadership for many months, we can all use more training.
Because the more we repeat the upgrade journey, the deeper and better our understanding of the new leadership navigator.
As many of us are in environments governed by the old operating systems, it is easy to fall back into conventional habits if you are the only one around trying to think and act in alignment with the leadership of the new era. You need to stay in touch on a regular basis with peers who can keep reminding you of the new and feed you with the lastest new, happening at exponential speed.

Studies have shown that self-sabotaging habits can have a significant impact on employee productivity and well-being, and therefore can also impact a company's bottom line.
