Who will lead your Leadership Community?
Undersigned Kirsten Stendevad will be the main Host, Curator, Visioncarrier (including for your visions) and Connector, making sure the people who could benefit from knowing each other will meet.
To make sure everyone is taken care of and no needs go unnoticed, we will also enjoy the help of a dedicated Community Manager.
Finally we will also be enriched by relevant guest teachers, who can help optimize your energy, power and skills in the areas that are relevant to 21st Century leadership.
Even though you have gone through the Future Leadership Journey once and have trained the 7 facets of 21st Century Leadership for many months, we can all use more training.
Because the more we repeat the upgrade journey, the deeper and better our understanding of the new leadership navigator.
As many of us are in environments governed by the old operating systems, it is easy to fall back into conventional habits if you are the only one around trying to think and act in alignment with the leadership of the new era. You need to stay in touch on a regular basis with peers who can keep reminding you of the new and feed you with the lastest new, happening at exponential speed.
The more we integrate the 7 aspects of the new leadership, the more we shine as lighthouses of the new consciousness and the more we can illuminate, just with our being and the kind of ideas we receive.
The 7 facets of 21st Century Leadership tend to release more and more Light the more we understand and apply them.
As the 7 facets of 21st Century Leadership are all primordial principles, you can never lose by strenghtening all these aspects.
Furthermore, you will be kept updated by new inspirational findings and tools, organised in a userfriendly manner in a online universe.

From portraying Visions to living them
Tine Pia is a former documentarist from Danish National Television. She became an entrepreneur who created her own production company because she wanted to help people with visions and actions for a bright future convey their message in a juicy, clear and appealing manner. Tine Pia helped both Kirsten and many from her network showcase their contributions, and then she realized the ision sparked from her soulpath reading ad moved to India and started a yoga retreat center! Tine Pia is an example of a great resource in the group, not least because she is still excellent at reflecting and amping up your Light. Look forward to meeting:
A Passionate Pioneer
Laila was the first to join the Future leader program. - even before it was announced publicly. She was determined to train her feminine muscle - and oh she did! Laila released a tsunami of passion and creativity with so much heart that set completely new standards for all of us. She can be counted on for her solid senior leadership experience and soul wisdom delivered with love, straightforwardness and groundedness. Look forward to meeting:
Leadership transformer and Futuresenser
Gitte is your go to person for energetic leadership which she wrote a book about after graduating from the Futureleader program. She is an experienced leader who studied the new leadership literature while she was frustrated about working in the old business paradigm. Since becoming a Future Leader (and getting her dream job) she has also studied how to predict trends of the future. Gitte is the kindest leader you would want to be around, not least when the going gets tough because she has a very soothing effect and a very subtle beautiful way to convey deep wisdom with a cool head and a warm heart. Conscious Designer
Karsten has been on the path of a new consciousness for decades and combines his wisdom and professionalism as a graphic designer in unique logos and brand identities. Karsten is the extraordinary talent behind Illumina Internationals graphic expression. Karsten is exceptionally warmhearted and aware of spiritual matters. Look forward to meeting:
