WHO LEADS THIS PROGRAM
Kirsten Stendevad
Founder, Illumina International Leadership Academy
Kirsten is an international leadership developer specializing in preparing accomplished leaders for exponential change. With 26 years in consciousness and transformation work, training from INSEAD, Harvard, MIT, and Stanford, she has worked with executives from McKinsey & Co., Mercedes, Harvard Business School, and global Fortune 500 companies.
She is the creator of the WholeSpectrum Leadership Method and author of eight books on leadership transformation, including "The Future is Feminine: 7 Facets of 21st Century Leadership." Her international edition, "Add What Is Missing," publishes in March 2026.
Kirsten's approach integrates neuroscience-based methods, brain training that adds up to 25% cognitive capacity, and S-EMDR trigger-freeing technology to create transformation at the operating system level, not just behavioral change. She specializes in helping leaders develop capabilities that AI cannot replicate.
Her work is built on a foundation of personal transformation following the loss of her seven-year-old son, which taught her that navigating external turbulence requires internal stability. This lived experience informs every aspect of ILLUMINA LEADERSHIP ACADEMY NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION's design.
