Hello I am Kirsten

I help leaders, entrepreneurs and fiery souls create a Bright Future - at Home, at Work and in the World - by working LIGHTer, not harder.

I'm an Illuminary Future Leadership expert who has walked the heroines journey multiple times. My path has included the heart-shattering loss of my 7-year-old middle child, navigating divorce, losing my beloved home, and watching my once-thriving business lose its spark.

Yet each challenge became a catalyst for Elevation rather than defeat.

These profound experiences taught me how to transmute pain into power and chaos into creation. Today, I specialize in helping changemakers upgrade their inner leadership to elevate everything around them.

Why this New Years retreat for solopreneurs? Because I have been one, and I know we hold the keys to a brighter future. But we can't do it alone. We're strongest when we unite, heal, and grow together.
