For 20+ years, I've illuminated pathways for leaders from organizations like Mercedes, Nestlé, and Novo Nordisk, and given talks at institutions including Harvard Business School and MIT, not as a traditional coach, but as a visionary transformational guide. I see the light in people, teams, and situations and I reveal blind spots that unlock breakthrough possibilities. I also introduce people to effective catalysts for positive change such as brain development and trigger-freeing technology to help them get rid of what´s blocking them and expand their natural gifts.

I rarely offer one-on-one work outside of my highly customized leadership programs because my passion is activating collective intelligence. But the most successful leaders I've worked with insisted: "What you do in those spontaneous moments when you see something we can't - we need more of that."

So I created "Executive Illumination" - my signature take on "executive coaching". Illumina is latin and means "please enlighten me".

Option B: 90 day journey including brain development and unlimited sessions of trigger-freeing technology without therapy and other customized transformational "hacks": USD 12,000.
