The program also includes individual sessions: about finding your calling and letting go of “upper artificial lids”.

The main lecturer, guide and facilitator is Kirsten Stendevad, author of the Gyldendal Business book The Future is Feminine – 7 Rules of the Game in 21st Century Leadership.

Kirsten is known as a visionary catalyst for the transformation of leaders, teams and companies. She is the (co)author of 7 trend-setting books on 21st century paradigms, and has taught at Harvard Business School, MIT, Simmons Graduate School of Management (MBA program for women only) and in companies such as Nordea, McKinsey & co, Novozymes and others.
